These are calculated estimates. The start and end of Ramadan depend on the sighting of the moon and on your local religious authority, and the first fast may be a day later than printed. Row 30 is only fasted if the month runs to 30 days. Check your local mosque's timetable and follow it wherever the two differ.
Your health comes first. If you have diabetes, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medicine at set times or with food, talk to your doctor before Ramadan. Stop the fast and eat or drink if you feel faint, confused or unwell.
